Rated 1 out of 5 by from burning sensation/ skin reaction These ones have a burning sensation on my face. I've never had that with any of the others, but the Grapefruit ones are unusable. It was so uncomfortable and intense.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Favorite Facial Towelettes! Love these to cleanse my face at night instead of having to do a full face wash bending over the sink. The scent is fresh and there is no oily residue and they don't leave my face dry. I don't wear makeup and it's hard to find a facial towelette that isn't just for cleaning off makeup so these are perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these Pink Grapefruit Wipes! I was very surprised to see any bad reviews for the Pink Grapefruit cleansing wipes. I’ve been using them for years and love them, nice fragrance and they seem to get all the dirt and makeup off my face with no residue. They are hard to find! Most places don’t carry the pink grapefruit anymore so I have to order them directly. I like these better than the other scents. People mention the black spots and I saw them too and just assumed they are made from recycled materials, they still work great!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Grapefruit cleansing wipes I am very disappointed. I have been an avid user of Burt’s bees products for YEARS and I have never had something like this happen to me before. I opened my wipes to find that they had all had brown specks in all of the wipes. Some of them even had what seemed to be blue dye. This really made me question the quality of their products and if there was anything wrong with the products I’ve used before.

I thought it would just be on the first one, like something got on it before the package was closed. Every. Single. Towelette has brown spots on it and some had larger black spots. I don’t know if it is mold but it is disgusting and I will not be using them on my face.

I just bought these makeup remover wipes & I found a bunch of little spots in them, not sure if it’s mold but they’re black, and I pulled a bunch out and they all had the same black spots all over them and I haven’t even had them for more than a week and a half.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from To the confused buyers- these aren't dirty wipes These wipes are made of recycled fibers- the colored pieces are not bleached or treated to turn white like an average facial wipe. The packaging actually states the fibers are like this. Please use awareness before you jump to conclusions and say negative things for no reason.
